Every 同学会 provides the rewarding experience of bringing together generations of Cardinals and Crusaders back to the Nest to connect over their shared love and pride for UIW. Thanks to alumna 安吉拉·马奥尼, the University can now add the South Pole to its list of places its alumni have made their mark. Mahoney has just begun a new role on the continent’s Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station, a U.S. Antarctic Program (USAP) scientific research station funded and managed by the National Science Foundation (NSF).
San Antonio – 2023年11月6日 – The University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) is proud to announce that it has been ranked #1 in the nation in the “2023 Best for Vets” rankings put out by Military Times magazine. The publication recognized UIW’s commitment to veterans, current members of the military and their families. 具体地说, the Military Times “Best for Vets” list is based on a survey of 325 schools and rated them in several different categories including range of resources and financial aid. Student success metrics (completion, 保留, 持久性, GPA) were the most important factors in ranking the schools.
